American Dairy Queen Corporation has announced its new DQ Grill & Chill restaurant opening in Adams County after more than a year of careful research and planning. Set to open on March 31, the restaurant is conveniently located near the Denver International Airport at 14950 E. 104th Ave.

The highly anticipated location will be locally owned and operated by Jeron Boemer, who will work alongside his management team to execute seamless operations with exciting promotions following the restaurant’s opening. On Saturday, April 10, the first 100 customers to buy a cake at the Commerce City DQ Grill & Chill will receive free GrillBurgers for a year.

“I have always admired the Dairy Queen brand and the happiness that it brings to both our customers and employees,” says Boemer. “DQ truly appeals to all ages and brings a storied legacy to every community it serves. With this in mind, we knew that Commerce City was the perfect place to continue this tradition with a dedicated management team, prime location and classic food and treats that are sure to quickly become local fan-favorites.”

As a current owner of three Dog Haus restaurant locations, Boemer is well-positioned for success with multiple years of customer service and management experience under his belt. He is ready to hit the ground running alongside general manager Lorena DeLeon who will also be assisting with day-to-day operations, in addition to Miea Levery as the marketing director.

A welcoming environment for all, the forthcoming DQ Grill & Chill features a modern look and feel with comfortable booths, large wooden tables, warm lighting and upbeat music. In addition to soft-serve favorites and the signature Blizzard Treat, DQ fans can also enjoy made-to-order lunch and dinner options including GrillBurgers, Chicken Strip Baskets and delicious hot sandwiches.

What began as the 10-cent sale of an unknown frozen treat in 1938 quickly boomed into one of the most well-known companies of all time. Maintaining its recipe for success throughout nearly 80 years, the Dairy Queen® system has more than 7,000 locations worldwide.
