DQ Opens Store in Convenient Travel Plaza

The Dairy Queen system always has been about sharing smiles and stories. The treat category leader and one of the leaders in quick service restaurants has announced a new store opening in Hardeeville that offers amazing Dairy Queen soft-serve treats as well as a variety of Orange Julius products. In addition, the store will serve hot dogs and barbecue sandwiches. Located at 15845 Whyte Hardee Blvd., in the WilcoHess travel plaza at Exit 5 off Interstate 95, the restaurant employs a staff of 15.

As a quick pick-me-up, travelers can choose from a variety of fruit-blended beverages including Orange Julius Premium Fruit Smoothies and Orange Julius Light Smoothies. All Orange Julius Premium Fruit Smoothies, Light Smoothies, and Julius Original drinks are available in eight flavors including Orange, Strawberry, Strawberry Banana, Tripleberry , Mango Pineapple, Berry-Pom, OrangeBerry, and Piña Colada, and protein or banana boosts can be added. The Orange Julius Premium Fruit Smoothies are made fresh to order with real fruit blended with low-fat yogurt. The Orange Julius Light Smoothies are 170 calories or less in a small size, contain no artificial sweeteners or flavors, and are yogurt-free.
