As provider of digital video surveillance and managed services for the hospitality industry, DTT continues to strengthen its relationships with the Subway community, experiencing great success at the recent convention.

DTT has been working with Subway operators since 2005, providing thousands of locations with reliable video-based surveillance and loss prevention. In 2014, DTT has renewed about 2,500 Subway stores and signed up 600-plus new locations.

“I have been a DTT customer since 2008 and cannot see myself trusting my stores to any other surveillance provider. DTT’s support team has been tremendous.  No other vendor offers such a great team of technical support experts who are always available with a speedy solution. This is extremely important for a multiunit franchisee like myself because I can’t be everywhere at once and with DTT I know I don’t have to be,” says Mike Martin, Subway operator based in Michigan.

“I’ve tested other surveillance options in the past but nothing compares to DTT.  The technology is superior, the services are unmatched, and, most importantly, they understand our operations. Other vendors don’t provide the same level of support, which I realized sets DTT apart in a big way. They’re a business partner I can trust,” says Mississippi Subway franchisee Nick Lisi.

“I remember when we installed our very first Subway location so many years ago,” says Sam Naficy, president and CEO at DTT. “We’ve come a long way since then! I’m so proud of all the relationships we’ve built along the way and look forward to the continued partnership. I’m confident in the solution we are providing and know that we will continue to improve upon our offering as we move forward.”
