DTT’s Remote Monitoring Enhances Management

DTT provides digital video surveillance solutions to the restaurant and hospitality industries, and DTT’s newest online tool, MyDTT.com, further enhances enterprise management.  A wide array of enterprise-specific data is now available and easily accessible to all DTT clients. MyDTT.com allows for remote monitoring of all DTT material and services. This includes exception-based reports, system health, support ticket status, and loss prevention tools. It will improve user productivity and also enhance the value of DTT’s video surveillance system, all with two clicks of the mouse. 

MyDTT.com is currently accessible to DTT customers. Dennis O’Keefe, director of operations for Goldco LLC., says he is very excited about this new tool: “It pulls everything together for me – all of my SmartAudits, forensic audits, monthly reports, investigations, site and user information – are in one easy-to-find place. I no longer have to store this material on my own and can spare my hard drive. It’s a great library of material to pull from and really a one-stop shop for everything I need concerning video surveillance and case management. Plus, navigation through the site is really quite easy. I am truly impressed.” 

The site also houses DTT’s Loss Prevention portal, providing further value to the customer. The updated portal offers greater accessibility to LP material and improved communication with DTT’s LP specialists. It also allows users to quickly review SmartAudit reports, open investigations, and review video.

“MyDTT.com brings point of sale and video data together in the cloud along with system health data and a complete suite of loss prevention and auditing tools as well as online support,” says DTT’s Chief Technology Officer Vic Herrera.
