Parents are your heroes, and deserve more than wilted flowers or a burnt breakfast in bed. This Mother’s or Father’s Day, Dunkin’ Donuts is making it easy to honor mom or dad with coffee and baked goods to keep them running through the year, while also doing something nice for the local heroes who make a difference in our communities every day.

Dunkin’ Donuts has launched a limited-edition gift card featuring images in recognition of mom and dad. For each card sold in May and June, Dunkin’ Donuts will donate $1 to the Dunkin’ Brands Community Foundation, which supports heroes who serve their communities every day.

The card designs were chosen from numerous entries submitted by Dunkin’ Donuts customers throughout the country. The winners, Margot Miller of New York City and Eileen McCarthy-Keddy of Medford, Mass., received a $500 donation to the charity of their choice. Margot Miller donated to the Friends of the World Food Program and Eileen McCarthy-Keddy donated to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

Buy the cards online at www.dunkindonuts.com starting May 2.
