Eighteen BKs To Be Auctioned Off in Dallas

National Franchise Sales, the business brokerage firm appointed to sell 18 Burger King franchised restaurants in the Dallasarea for the Debtor of Fast American Restaurants Inc., & Huge American Restaurants, Inc., has announced the date for the units to go to auction.

A live auction has been set for August 17, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. (CDT) in Dallas. The sale will be conducted in connection with the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy proceedings of these Debtors, and will require Bankruptcy Court approval.
