In an effort to raise funds to fight hunger and poverty in America, Einstein Bros Bagels stores throughout the country will donate 5% of every catering order sold to Share Our Strength (S.O.S.), the nation’s preeminent anti-poverty and anti-hunger organization. From November 1 – December 31, Einstein Bros hopes to raise $100,000 to help fund grants in the communities where EBB has presence.

Lighter appetites are satisfied with Einstein’s Big Green Salads—the Big Salad Sampler and One Big Salad are a garden of delights: Caesar Salad with flavorful bagel croutons; Chicken Caesar Salad; Bros Bistro(TM) Salad, and Asian Chicken Salad, all served with flatbread.
