The opening marks the 34rd corporate-owned Einstein Bros. Bagels location to open in the Chicago market. Throughout Illinois there are more than 40 corporate, franchise, and licensed Einstein Bros. Bagels.
Residents of the neighborhood will be able to enjoy Einstein Bros. “The craveable food and comfortable atmosphere of the Einstein Bros. Bagels brand fit in well with the neighborhood,” says Jeff O’Neill, CEO of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. “We look forward to bringing its neighborhood-friendly atmosphere and combination of great-tasting, fresh menu items made from high-quality ingredients and distinctive quick-casual service to local residents and the nearby workforce.”
The restaurant will be open between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, and 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.
With more than 500 restaurant locations nationwide, Einstein Bros. has built a strong presence and loyal following throughout the U.S. Enjoying brand awareness well beyond what is typical for a chain of its size, Einstein Bros. Bagels is a leader in three of the strongest-growing areas for the restaurant industry: the fast-casual segment, the breakfast daypart, and the fresh/healthy segment, where Einstein Bros. has the reputation of providing fresh and healthy meals with many lower calorie fresh options.
“The opening of the Chicago Belmont Avenue location confirms that demand for our brand is building,” O’Neill says. “We want to be the fastest-growing fast-casual restaurant chain in America.”
