Bros. Bagels and Noah’s New York Bagels are pleased to announce the return of its favorite pumpkin-flavored menu offerings, including a variety of fresh-baked pumpkin bagels and savory sweets, pumpkin cream cheese shmear, freshly brewed Autumn Roast Coffee, and seasonal specialty coffee beverages.
Available through the middle of November, Einstein Noah will offer its signature Pumpkin and gourmet Pumpkin Walnut Crunch bagels, which can be ordered on their own or topped with Einstein Noah’s double-whipped Pumpkin Cream Cheese Shmear.
Guests can try the new Pumpkin Bagel Clusters, a pull-apart treat that’s tossed in pumpkin syrup and cinnamon sugar streusel, then drizzled with cream cheese icing.
Alongside seasonal bagels, Einstein Noah’s fall menu features pumpkin-flavored baked goods, including a Pumpkin Muffin drizzled with cream cheese icing and a new Pumpkin White Chocolate Chip Cookie.
To complement Einstein’s selection of fresh-baked bagels and baked specialties, guests can accompany their seasonal menu items with a freshly brewed cup of Einstein’s Autumn Roast Coffee or a traditional Pumpkin Latte, which can be enjoyed hot or iced.
Einstein Noah has also introduced a new Frozen Pumpkin Pie drink featuring a blend of pumpkin pie flavors topped with whipped cream and pumpkin sauce.

Einstein Noah’s full array of pumpkin menu items is now available at Einstein Bros. Bagels and Noah’s New York Bagels restaurant locations nationwide for a limited time only. All bagel offerings are baked fresh in-store daily.
In addition to its seasonal pumpkin offerings, Einstein Noah has introduced some hearty new flavor creations, including its new Country Turkey-Sausage Egg Panini, Gourmet Grilled Cheese, and Creamy Tomato Soup.
The Country Turkey Sausage Egg Panini is made with fluffy egg, turkey sausage, melted Cheddar and Mozzarella, and country pepper cream cheese, which is grilled on ciabatta bread.
Gourmet Grilled Cheese is a spin on the classic comfort sandwich, filled with melted Cheddar, Mozzarella, and oven-roasted tomatoes and topped with Einstein Noah’s signature Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Cheese Shmear, then grilled on a fresh-baked Plain bagel at Einstein Bros. and Potato Bread at Noah’s locations.
The Gourmet Grilled Cheese sandwich pairs well with Einstein Noah’s Creamy Tomato Soup.
