El Pollo Loco announced the arrival of several crowd-pleasing menu items for a limited time this holiday season.
Back by popular demand and aimed towards the busy holiday season, are El Pollo Loco’s signature chicken tamales. The tamales feature spicy chicken encased in masa and wrapped in corn husks. Available individually for $1.49 and in quantities of six for $7.99, the tamales are served with El Pollo Loco’s famous house salsa, prepared fresh every day.
Also back this season are three Fiesta Platters that are perfect for holiday parties and casual gatherings: 12 hand-rolled taquitos stuffed with El Pollo Loco’s famous marinated, flame-broiled chicken and served with guacamole; 12 tacos al carbon featuring the chain’s signature flame-broiled chicken topped with chopped onions and fresh cilantro in warm corn tortillas; and a chips and salsa platter piled high with whole ground corn tortilla chips cooked fresh every day and served with plenty of El Pollo Loco’s popular house salsa.
Each platter serves eight to 12 and may be purchased individually: 12 taquitos or 12 tacos al carbon for $8.99; chips and salsa for $2.99. All three are available for the single price of $19.99.
El Pollo Loco’s popular chicken tamales and Fiesta Platters will be available through the new year. In addition to these seasonal offerings, El Pollo Loco caters events of all sizes year-round, from informal get-togethers to large holiday celebrations.
