Elevation Burger franchisee, Michael Hup, and his partners, Padmesh Chhita and Ketan Patel, recently signed a lease securing real estate for the first of their five units in Pennsylvania.

Elevation Burger is expanding its Virginia-based organic burger concept throughout the U.S. and has 24 locations in development across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, D.C Hup and Chhita’s new location will be in Wynnewood Center on Wynnewood Road, across from Whole Foods and the Wynnewood Train station, just outside the city of Philadelphia.

Hup and Chhita closed a deal with Elevation Burger in May of this year to open five units throughout suburban Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. The areas they plan to target for their next four locations include Bucks County, Willow Grove, and Montgomery County in Pennsylvania and Princeton and Cherry Hill in New Jersey.

“We chose to pursue Wynnewood first because of its excellent demographics,” says Hup. “Wynnewood is a health conscious community where people are always looking for high quality food at a great value, which is exactly what Elevation Burger offers its customers.”

Elevation Burger cooks its fresh french fries in olive oil, offers two kinds of veggie burgers, and uses only 100 percent organic, grass-fed, free range meat.
