Erbert and Gerbert’s Sandwich Shop, the restaurant known for its sandwiches with alien-sounding names Narmer and Bornk, is bringing another extraterrestrial treat to citizens of Flavornation: the Cosmo. The Cosmo will land in Erbert and Gerbert’s locations beginning on Wednesday, April 8, and will stick around until June 3.

The Cosmo is made with deli-fresh Eckrich pastrami, Pepper Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, Hellmann’s mayonnaise, and sweet fig sauce.

“Erbert and Gerbert’s has made a reputation for itself as the provider of the most flavorful sandwiches on Earth,” says Chuck Schwalbe, VP of marketing at Erbert and Gerbert’s. “Now we can say we provide the most flavorful sandwiches in the galaxy as well. The Cosmo is a perfect fit among our other delicious sandwiches and sides and I know our guests will enjoy it.”
