Erbert & Gerbert’s Sandwich Shop is getting ready to go back to school this fall with a host of new offerings for its fellow classmates at George Mason University; Valencia College East, West, and Osceola Campuses; Purdue University; and Wichita State University. On August 21 and August 23 the sandwich shop famous for its gourmet sandwiches with unique names like Spartan, Erupter, and Comet Candy will be opening campus bistro locations at those colleges. The expansion represents a sustained effort to bring Erbert & Gerbert’s to colleges across the country, joining more than 20 existing college bistro locations, including locations at the University of Northern Iowa, Marquette University, Indiana University, University of Wisconsin, and more.

On August 21, Erbert & Gerbert’s comes to George Mason University and Valencia College East Campus, West Campus, and Osceola Campus. Two days later on August 23, Purdue University and Wichita State University will welcome Erbert & Gerbert’s locations of their own. The opening of all six campus bistro locations represents the introduction of Erbert & Gerbert’s to the states of Florida, Indiana, Kansas, and Virginia. This expansion, says Erbert & Gerbert’s president and CEO Eric Wolfe, represents a new high-water mark for the growing franchise.

“We’re proud to welcome the new school year by introducing even more students to Erbert & Gerbert’s,” Wolfe says. “Our new campus bistro Erbert & Gerbert’s locations are unique not only for giving college students access to delicious sandwiches beyond compare, but for leading the way for Erbert & Gerbert’s expansion in brand new states.”

With more than 81 locations throughout the United States and growing, Erbert & Gerbert’s expansion is slated to continue throughout 2015 and beyond.
