After experiencing growth in several states, EVOS USA is actively seeking to add more stores in its home state of Florida. The quick-service restaurant chain specializes in healthier burgers, fries and shakes that contain 50-70 percent less fat.

They have mapped out markets in Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater, Sarasota, Naples, Orlando, Miami/Dade, Broward, West Palm Beach, and Palm Beach County. Currently, there are ongoing conversations with two groups in Orlando and one group in Miami. “We have been receiving e-mails and calls from guests eager to have an EVOS in these cities for years,” says Dino Lambridis, EVOS co-founder. “They are great markets with tremendous potential right in our backyard.”

In addition to franchise stores, the company is looking at opening more corporate stores as well.

To ensure franchising success, EVOS works with the nation’s leading consulting professionals like the iFranchise Group and the international law firm of DLA Piper.

Recently, EVOS USA hired Erich Overhardt to serve as strategic advisor. Overhardt is a former development director with Chipotle. He played a key role in the growth of Chipotle from store number two all the way to store number 530. “It was flattering to see someone with that kind of experience show interest in what we are doing. Especially since we have been admiring Chipotle’s growth story for years,” Lambridis says.

EVOS currently has signed area rep and franchise agreements in 15 states for more than 200 stores over the next ten years.
