Fall Is In the Air at Bruegger's with New LTOs

This fall, Bruegger’s will add a fresh option to its new line of Ciabatta Panini sandwiches and offer guests an excellent value, bringing back its popular “4 Under $4” promotion.

Starting September 21, the fast casual will introduce the Harvest Turkey Ciabatta Panini, made with the seasonal flavors of roasted turkey, cheddar cheese, sliced green apples, pickled red onions, and cranberry mayo. Guests can order the Harvest Turkey Panini alone or paired with Bruegger’s Butternut Squash soup, a traditional favorite. The pairing will be offered for $6.99 until January 2012.  

“Our guests have embraced our new Panini sandwiches served on Ciabatta bread,” says Philip Smith, Bruegger’s executive chef. “This newest offering is sure to please, blending the favorite flavors of fall with a little extra flair.” 

In addition to its lunch offering, Bruegger’s will highlight value in its fall promotion. For a limited time the bakery will bring back its popular “4 Under $4” menu, featuring four breakfast sandwiches under $4, including Western Egg; Egg and Cheddar; Egg, Cheddar and Bacon; and Egg White and Sundried Tomato. Guests can choose their favorite sandwich and their favorite bagel, with more than 15 varieties to choose from. The Bagel Egg Sandwiches are available all day and are a great option for breakfast or lunch. Pricing may vary. 

“Our guests love the value offered by the Four under $4 program,” says Scott Colwell, Bruegger’s chief marketing officer. “In fact many of our guests order the sandwiches for lunch, too.” 

Rounding out the fall offerings is Bruegger’s newest Baker’s Choice pairing. Chosen by Chef Smith, the pairing features the great flavors of autumn: a Baked Apple bagel with Honey Walnut cream cheese and Pumpkin Spice coffee. This autumnal pairing will be offered to guests through November 22.
