Farm Burger, an Atlanta-based restaurant group specializing in locally, sustainably and ethically sourced fare, has updated its fan-favorite No. 2 Vegan Burger with a new recipe, launching across all restaurant locations today.

Created by Farm Burger Executive Chef Cameron Thompson and Co-founder Jason Mann, the new vegan burger features quinoa, black-eyed peas, kale, roasted cremini mushrooms, sweet potatoes and a secret blend of spices, and is topped with cucumber salad and garlic-lemon tahini dressing.

“At Farm Burger, we’re committed to creating delicious meals for our guests using high-quality ingredients from local and regional farms,” Thompson says. “The recipe change was made with our guests in mind. We spent several months developing, testing and refining our new vegan burger to create something our guests will love, featuring a balance of fresh new flavors. Our goal is always to honor the integrity of ingredients and highlight the best of our local and regional farms.”

The No. 2 Vegan Burger is available at Farm Burger locations in Atlanta (excluding the Mercedes-Benz Stadium); Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee; Asheville, North Carolina; and Huntsville, Alabama. The item will also be available at Farm Burger’s Midtown Atlanta location within Whole Foods Market, opening later this summer.
