Fast Casual Luna Grill to Open in Mansfield March 2

    Industry News | February 28, 2018

Luna Grill, one of the country's hottest fast casual concepts, is expanding its presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro with a new location in Mansfield. The restaurant is slated to open at 1571 E. Debbie Lane, Suite 103, Mansfield, Texas, 76063 on March 2.  The hours will be 11 am to 9 pm daily. In honor of the 42nd restaurant opening, Luna Grill will offer a complimentary signature plate to the first 42 guests to arrive at Mansfield on opening day (restrictions apply).  Grand Opening festivities will also include a kabob toast at 11 am, an all-day raffle for a $100 Luna Grill gift card, interactive games (corn hole and prize wheel) with prizes from 11am –7:30pm, and food tastings from 11am– 2pm and 5pm– 7pm.

The Mansfield restaurant is Luna Grill’s sixth location in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro, offering healthy Mediterranean cuisine that the whole family can enjoy.

Founded in 2004 by Sean and Maria Pourteymour, Luna Grill takes pride in inspiring others to feel good by eating real food crafted with care.  Maria took her family's restaurant background and experience as a mom and created well-rounded selections.  “I wanted to provide wholesome food that I’d want my own children to eat, so our menu is centered on food that is natural, healthy and delicious with no trans fats.”

Luna Grill offers wholesome Mediterranean fare such as signature kabob plates, gourmet salads, fresh appetizers, including hummus and falafel, wraps, desserts, craft beer and wine in a contemporary setting.  All foods, marinades and sauces are crafted with care daily.  Meals are made fresh to order and served to the table with genuine cutlery and tableware.  A cross between a fast casual and full service sit-down restaurant, Luna Grill combines the best of both worlds as it continues to be a pioneer in the "Luxe Casual” category.

The 2,400-square-foot Mansfield location includes a patio and showcases the company's latest iteration of its interior style, called "Luna 3.0" — a blend of vintage yet modern elements designed to create a comfortable, fresh feel for the family.  It will be Luna Grill's 42nd location overall, with plans to add another to the Dallas-Forth Worth metro in Clearfork soon.
