    Fast Casual Spoleto Adds Artisan Sandwiches

    Spoleto, a fast-casual Italian restaurant that combines the sophistication of gourmet-quality food with the speed of quick service, is evolving its brand and expanding its menu with the introduction of gourmet, artisan sandwiches. Each sandwich is packed with Spoleto’s fresh Italian ingredients and is made to order for every guest.

    Restaurant guests can now enjoy the following five sandwich options in all Spoleto U.S. locations:

    • Panino Italiano: A true Italian classic, this sandwich is packed with traditional favorites including ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone and is topped with lettuce, roasted red onion and a spicy vinaigrette.
    • Veggie: This perfectly light vegetarian option includes burrata cheese, cherry tomatoes, delicious truffle roasted mushrooms and arugula.
    • Panino Roast Beef: This savory and crave-worthy sandwich features roast beef, provolone, roasted red onions, roasted red peppers, mayo and a spicy vinaigrette.
    • Prosciutto e Burrata: This simple yet tasty sandwich includes prosciutto, burrata cheese and arugula.
    • Chicken Parmesan: This sandwich is filled with marinara sauce, herb roasted chicken, Italian cheeses and parmesan.

    In addition to the new line of sandwiches, Spoleto is elevating its lunch time offerings with additional menu items, including soup and freshly-baked cookies. Each sandwich comes with a side of house or Caesar salad, fresh soup or a cookie. Prices for the sandwich meals range from $8 to $10.50. Additionally, Spoleto’s menu includes delicious pastas, flatbreads, salads, gluten-free pastas, and gluten-free flatbreads. The Italian kitchen offers organic produce that is locally sourced, when possible, and house-made protein options, such as the popular giant meatball and roasted chicken.

    All ingredients and protein options can be mixed with gourmet and specialty pasta, focaccia flat breads and farm-fresh salads. The menu puts an emphasis on gourmet Italian ingredients such as truffle oil, balsamic glaze, burrata cheese, and prosciutto and offers more than 30 fresh ingredients.
