UNO fresco, the new fast-casual eatery from UNO Restaurant Holdings Corporation, opens its first location in Stoneham, Massachusetts on June 4, 2014.
“UNO fresco offers busy families and working folks on the go a place to enjoy a custom-made meal, prepared to order with fresh ingredients, served in a relaxed atmosphere, but offering the same quality hospitality and service that you’ll find in our UNO Pizzeria and Grill restaurants,” says Chris Westcott, vice president of UNO fresco. “As Stoneham’s new fresh casual eatery, we’re offering a menu that is always right for the moment, whether that is for dinner, lunch, catering, or a quick bite on the go, at an incredible value.”
Guests customize their order, pay at the counter, and are handed a numbered wooden pizza peel to place on their selected table. Meals are delivered right to the table by guest service coordinators with no tipping required. UNO fresco also offers a takeout menu and online ordering.
UNO fresco’s menu features UNO’s signature dish, the Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. Guests can choose from a menu of 19 handmade pizzas, from the Margherita deep dish to the Prosciutto, Fig & Arugula thin crust. Guests can also create personally customized salads with a choice of five greens and eight proteins, including Fresh Mozzarella, Herb Roasted Salmon and Tofu with unlimited toppings and dressings from the salad bar. Or guests can try a chef-designed salad, all served with fresh-baked ciabatta.
UNO fresco guests also have a choice of beverages including a selection of beer and wine on tap. Craft beers will be featured, including a rotation of locally produced beers.
