Fatburger, the Hollywood-based burger franchise, opened its first full-service, co-branded location with sister brand Buffalo’s Cafe in Seattle. The brand looks forward to serving the community its hand-scooped shakes, burgers, and signature chicken wings with full table service.

The location is equipped with a full-service Fat Bar and has outdoor seating, providing an atmosphere for residents and tourists to enjoy all-American fare. Co-branding with Buffalo’s Express, the concept known for its wing flavors, brings Fatburger an expansive menu. Customers can choose from a variety of food options including jumbo wings, grilled-to-order burgers, and crispy chicken sandwiches. To top off the Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express experience, fans can pair up their meal with a hand-scooped shake, which comes in an array of flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry.

“Through the opening of this first of its kind location, we hope to satisfy hungry residents and also offer a delicious option for tourists passing through,” says CEO of Fatburger and Buffalo’s Cafe, Andy Wiederhorn. “We look forward to impressing the Seattle community with our first full-service, co-branded location and plan to continue to expand throughout the area.”

The new Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express is located at 2378 Alki Avenue SW, Seattle, Washington. The store will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, with to-go service available.
