FAT Brands Inc., parent company of Fatburger, Buffalo’s Express, and six other restaurant concepts, announced the opening of a co-branded Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express in Los Angeles. Starting today, the restaurant will be open for takeout and delivery in addition to limited outdoor dining that adheres to current restrictions.

“Coming off the opening of Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express in the Eagle Rock neighborhood of Los Angeles just the other week, we are thrilled to be able to bring yet another location to the area,” says Andy Wiederhorn, CEO of FAT Brands. “Since our founding, the Hollywood community has really taken to our brand and we couldn’t be more pleased to open right in its epicenter, on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Opening restaurants in a pandemic is no easy feat; however, with the right team in place, we have successfully navigated through the challenges and restrictions that have come our way to reach our end goal-new restaurants for our loyal fanbase.”

Ever since the first Fatburger opened in Los Angeles more than 70 years ago, the chain has been known for its delicious, grilled-to-perfection and cooked to order burgers. Founder Lovie Yancey believed that a big burger with everything on it is a meal in itself. And at Fatburger “everything” is not just the usual lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, pickles and relish. Burgers can be customized with everything from bacon and eggs to chili, jalapenos and onion rings. In addition to its famous burgers, the Fatburger menu also includes Fat and Skinny fries, sweet potato fries, scratch-made onion rings, IMPOSSIBLE burgers, turkeyburgers, chicken sandwiches, and hand scooped milkshakes made from 100 percent real ice cream.

From the Buffalo’s Express menu, patrons can choose bone-in or boneless wings accompanied by a range of sauces including Scorchin, Carolina Fire BBQ, Asian Sesame, Coconut Jerk, Honey Garlic, and Sweet Bourbon BBQ. All of Buffalo’s Express menu wings are accompanied by celery, carrots and blue cheese, ranch or honey mustard dressing.

The Los Angeles Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express is located at 6760 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles, CA and will be open seven days a week; initial store hours will be 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
