Fazoli’s Introduces Stuffed Pasta Selects

Fazoli's, the premium Italian quick-service restaurant, expanded its menu this summer with Stuffed Pasta Selects, a collection of dishes incorporating sacchetti pasta packed with Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Romano cheeses. The trio of Stuffed Pasta Selects is available in participating locations until September 28 for $6.99.

Stuffed Pasta Fresco incorporates two guest favorites: sun-dried tomatoes and sun-dried tomato Alfredo sauce. Sacchetti pasta pouches are drenched with sun-dried tomato Alfredo sauce and a drizzle of basil pesto before being topped with chicken, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and a cheese-spice blend.

Stuffed Pasta Supremo combines oven-baked sacchetti with a sun-dried tomato Alfredo sauce, caramelized Italian sausage, mushrooms, shredded Mozzarella and Provolone cheeses, and julienned salami.

Stuffed Pasta Robusto is oven-baked sacchetti in a creamy marinara sauce with diced chicken, bacon pieces, shredded Mozzarella and Provolone cheeses, and a cheese-spice blend.

"Premium sacchetti pasta and complex flavors are more commonly found in high-end restaurants,” says Carl Howard, Fazoli’s president and CEO. "At Fazoli's, we are continuing to elevate the guest food experience by providing $15 dishes for under $7.”

Howard adds guests are responding very favorably to Fazoli’s focus on menu innovation and quality, citing the success of this year’s limited-time offer of Cheesecake with Nutella. Due to its popularity, the offer has been extended until September 28 at participating locations. The dessert features a chocolate graham-cracker crust with Nutella hazelnut spread.
