Andrew and Jonathan Schnipper are announced the official launch of their fifth location of Schnippers, located at 120 Church Street in TriBeCa.

Andrew and Jonathan co-founded Hale & Hearty Soups in 1995—where they were on the forefront of the healthy, fast-casual food movement New York City. While the concept was initially focused on delicious, wholesome soups crafted to warm the senses, they soon incorporated sandwiches and salads to ensure that their customers were happy and fed all year long. Excited by the prospect of building something new, Andrew and Jonathan sold the business in 2006 and began planning their passion project—Schnippers—a family restaurant to which they’d give their name. They now have five bustling outposts in New York, at 41st and 8th, 51st and Lex, 23rd and Madison, One New York Plaza and now Church Street between Park Place, and Murray Street.

The modern new outpost in TriBeCa (a few blocks from the World Trade Center) is 3,300-square-feet and able to accommodate 110 hungry guests. Like its sister Schnippers locations, the new outpost serves elevated classics prepared with the highest-quality ingredients. Unique to this location is an exciting new design aesthetic and full-tableware, including ceramic cutlery, glasses and plates. Schnippers has also debuted an exclusive menu item, the Brie Happy Tribeca Burger crafted with Creekstone Farms beef, melted brie, flame grilled plum tomatoes, red onion, and herb mayo.
