Fired Pie announced plans to open its newest concept, a fast-casual rapid online and carryout location at 19th Avenue and Northern, on the north side of the Albertson’s shopping center (1810 W. Northern Ave. Suite A-10) in Phoenix. Unlike other Fired Pie locations, their newest spot is designed for those on the go, who are looking to receive customizable pizza, salad and mac ‘n cheese dishes without the hassle of waiting in a line.

“Carry-out and delivery stores are in demand, especially those with customizable options and we have something for everyone, including gluten-free, vegan and plant-based options,” says Fired Pie Co-Owner, Fred Morgan. “We’ve chosen a great location for this store, where our customers can easily have their meal made fresh in under 10 minutes.”

The new Fired Pie location will not offer dine-in options, only online ordering, delivery, carryout and catering. To place an order, customers can call in orders at 602-675-3456 or do it online at firedpie.com. The delivery will be completed by 3rd parties including Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates and DoorDash. Catering will be available from EZ Catering within a 10-mile radius from the store.

“We see a lot of opportunity for growth with this next phase of fast casual dining,” says co-owner Doug Doyle. “The online, delivery and carryout centric store will allow our customers an extra level of comfort and convenience.”

The 19th Ave. and Northern location will celebrate its grand opening on Friday, January 31, at 11 a.m. The celebration will include Phoenix Vice-Mayor Betty Guardado and the Deputy Director of the Department of Economic Development, Rita Marko. Additionally, Fired Pie will be the sole sponsor of the 19th North “Love Our Community” 5th Annual Street Clean Up in honor of the grand opening.

The 5th Annual Street Clean Up will take place on Friday, February 28, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Albertson’s Parking Lot (1820 W. Northern Ave.). 19 North is a 501 © 3 Arizona nonprofit that works to collaborate with the community that resides between Montebello and Dunlpap, 15th Ave to 23rd Ave.

Currently, with 19 stores in Metro Phoenix and one in Tucson, Arizona, the company has plans to open three to five more stores within the next year, including out-of-state expansion.
