    Started in October 31 in greater Philadelphia, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and New Hampshire, the brand is offering for the first time in history a franchisee development incentive for five or more unit commitments that includes:

    • 50 percent off franchisee fees for first five restaurants
    • 50 percent off royalty fee for first two years
    • No development fees
