    Firehouse Subs Reimagines the Reuben

    The Reuben receives a twist with the debut of Firehouse Subs’ newest menu item, the Pastrami Reuben. Available now for a limited time in all U.S. restaurants, this reinvented version of the deli classic is stacked high with USDA Choice Pastrami, paired with melted Swiss, and finished with a sweet and tangy slaw, Thousand Island dressing and mayo, served steaming hot atop Firehouse Subs’ signature toasted sub roll.

    The Pastrami Reuben is Firehouse Subs’ latest venture in menu innovation and continues the fast-casual chain’s long tradition of offering unique and bold flavors. Firehouse Subs’ reimagined Reuben melds together elements of a traditional Reuben sandwich with unconventional ingredients offering guests a unique variation of an iconic sandwich that still delivers the unmatched quality, portions, and flavor they expect and enjoy from Firehouse Subs.

    In addition to U.S. Firehouse Subs restaurants, the Pastrami Reuben will also be available in Canada for a limited time beginning Monday, May 14.
