Fish Consulting, a full-service national communications firm specializing in franchise marketing and public relations, announces it has promoted several senior leaders and added two new employees.
As a result of its growth over the past several years, Fish has promoted long-time team member Jenna Kantrowitz to senior account director, Amanda Rich to account director, Carmen Ordonez to senior account manager, and Elayne Sommers to account manager. Additionally, Fish hired Ashley Rodriguez and Amanda DelPrete as account managers.

Kantrowitz joined Fish five years ago and in her expanded role at the agency, she will continue to lead her account teams, but also play a role in managing day-to-day activities at the agency. Rich and Ordonez joined nearly three years ago and each will now manage various franchise and consumer accounts for Fish. Sommers, who joined Fish a year ago, will assume additional responsibilities on her accounts.
DelPrete and Rodriguez both joined Fish last month from local public relations firms and bring strong traditional and social media experience to help Fish meet and exceed its clients’ communications goals.
