Fish Consulting LLC, a full-service national communications firm specializing in franchise public relations and marketing, announced the promotion of several senior leaders and addition of three new employees.
As a result of its growth during the first half of 2014, Fish promoted several team members, including Chad Cohen to senior vice president, long-time team members Jenna Kantrowitz and Kim Ryan to vice president positions, Ashley Rodriguez to account director, and Amanda DelPrete and Elayne Sommers to senior account managers. Additionally, Fish hired Toby Srebnik as social media director, Claibourne Smith as account manager, and Andie Biederman as account executive.

We are excited to see our team expand to serve our growing roster of partners.”
Cohen has been with Fish Consulting since the firm’s inception in 2004. In his new role as senior vice president, he will help oversee client services for the agency while continuing his direct work on some of the agency’s largest accounts. Fish veterans Ryan and Kantrowitz joined the agency eight and seven years ago, respectively. In their expanded roles at the agency, each will continue to lead their account teams, but also play a role in managing day-to-day activities for the agency.
Rodriguez, who joined the Fish team in 2012, will now be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications programs for several of the firm's clients. Delprete and Sommers have been members of Fish for nearly two and three years, respectively, and will now provide strategic planning and manage day-to-day client work for their accounts.
Toby Srebnik, social media director, Claibourne Smith, account manager, and Andie Biederman, account executive, are the agency’s newest team members, and bring years of traditional public relations and social media experience to help Fish exceed its clients’ communication goals and expand the agency.
