Flame Broiler, the Korean-inspired quick-service restaurant known for its healthy, affordable rice bowls, is announced the re-launch of franchising after an unprecedented 5-year pause. After successfully franchising for 20 years, Flame Broiler continued to experience high demand for its concept across the country. In preparation for the next phase of the brand’s growth, the Lee family wanted to first build a stronger Restaurant Support Center, enhancing support for their existing franchisees and laying the groundwork for sustainable growth under the leadership of the family’s second generation.

This franchising hiatus was a transformative era for Flame Broiler. The brand significantly expanded its support center, assembled an exceptional leadership team, made significant investments in technology, and acquired around 13 locations from existing franchisees to affirm their commitment and dedication to the brand’s future. Now, with a strong foundation, Flame Broiler is primed for growth with unlimited potential as it re-launches franchising.

This milestone comes alongside the appointment of Christian Lee as President and Daniel Lee as Chief Innovation Officer, marking a significant step in Flame Broiler’s evolution and growth strategy.
