Cintas Corporation announced the appointment of Ann Nickolas to director of its foodservice division. In this role, Nickolas will assist in driving sales and developing strategy for global foodservice accounts. She will also offer direction in the alignment of Cintas’ activity with key industry associations and representatives to further build the brand within the channel.

Prior to joining Cintas, Nickolas served as the vice president of business development at the Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) in Atlanta. While with the WFF, Nickolas facilitated sponsor and member development committees, and coordinated fundraising programs to provide additional resources for women in foodservice. Last year, Nickolas helped raise more than $2 million for the WFF through successful business growth and industry outreach programs.

“Ann understands the needs of foodservice operators and has a demonstrated record of building business wherever she goes,” says Phillip Holloman, Cintas president and COO. “Her experience of elevating diversity within the industry combined with her natural leadership skills makes her an excellent fit for Cintas.”

In previous positions, Nickolas served as the chief customer officer and vice president of marketing for the Compass Group in the Foodbuy Division. Before joining Foodbuy, she held national accounts and management positions with Coca-Cola USA and Baxter Healthcare (Dietary Products Division).

Nickolas earned her B.S. from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. She and her husband, Steve, will be relocating from Atlanta to Cincinnati for the new position with their two children.
