Antares Group Inc. announced that Brad Rendall has joined the firm. Brad started with Antares Group, Inc. November 12, and will be working with owner/operators providing financial counsel and advice about their financial health and financial position, as well as providing them with in-depth financial analysis.
Brad has more than 20 years of experience working with McDonald’s Corporation, having most recently served as finance director of the Boston and New York Metro regions. In that capacity, he oversaw 1,200 restaurants from northern New Jersey to Maine where he worked with owner/operators on a wide variety of financial issues. He was a key member of the corporate leadership team, helping set strategies and direction for the two regions.

Brad started his career with McDonald’s as a crew person at a restaurant in Deptford, N.J. He worked at different McDonald’s locations while pursuing his finance degree from Rutgers University. He worked through all levels in the restaurants, including as a swing manager, second assistant, first assistant and eventually a store manager.
