Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers adds Fried Pickles to its limited-time menu alongside the Cookie Butter Concrete. Both items are available for purchase Thursday, April 21 through Wednesday, June 15.

Sliced pickles are breaded and fried golden and crispy on the outside, but remain tangy and crunchy on the inside. Guests can order the Fried Pickles à la carte with a complimentary side of ranch or in place of shoestring fries with a combo meal.

To craft the Cookie Butter Concrete, vanilla frozen custard is blended with creamy cookie butter made from Belgian spice cookies. Freddy’s tops the treat with whipped cream and garnishes with a whole Belgian cookie. 

“Fried pickles are a classic fan favorite, so, we thought, ‘Why not?’” says Scott Redler, COO. “Cookie butter is still somewhat unknown, but it’s gained a bit of a cult following over the last few years and it’s a really tasty product. We’re always looking to try new limited-time offers and both the Fried Pickles and the Cookie Butter Concrete were an instant hit in our test markets. We’re excited to share the items with our guests nationwide.”
