Fresh Brothers Adds Sweet Knots to Menu

Fresh Brothers, a pioneer in creative fast-casual dining has just announced a decadent addition to their forward thinking menu: Sweet Knots. The bite-sized dessert is rolled in cinnamon sugar, served warm, and drizzled in icing. They are now available in all 13 locations throughout Southern California.

Sweet Knots’ permanent addition to the menu comes after its wildly successful debut at Fresh Brothers’ LAX Terminal Two location on the breakfast menu. “Customers loved the Sweet Knots from the get-go. The feedback was so wonderful that we decided to add them to our regular menu and make them available at all times during the day,” says Adam Goldberg, CEO and founder of Fresh Brothers.  “And while it’s true that we do have a lot of healthier food options, the Sweet Knots are the perfect option for those looking for some warm, gooey comfort food at any time of the day.” 

Since its launch in 2008, Fresh Brothers has changed the way people eat pizza by offering many fresh, healthy, and delicious options to their customers in addition to their classic comfort food selections. Serving only the ripest ingredients, Fresh Brothers uses 100 percent fresh tomatoes, not from concentrate, and all-natural Mozzarella with no fillers, additives, or preservatives. Their wings, bites, tenders, and Fresh Fries are baked, not fried. The Fresh Brothers menu features dozens of other healthy options including their MegaGrain Crust, which is 50 percent whole-grain and 100 percent delicious. For those trying to avoid gluten, Fresh Brothers also offers an entire menu of delicious options to keep the whole family happy. Sweet Knots will be joining Fresh Brothers gluten free brownies as the perfect sweet treat.
