    fresh&co Adds Another Impossible Dish to Winter Lineup

    Due to the success of its recently introduced Impossible Pho Bowl made using Impossible meatballs, fresh&co just added the sandwich to its winter menu.

    fresh&co has added another Impossible item to its innovative winter menu.

    fresh&co rolled out its winter menu, consisting of hot pho bowls, crunchy salads, and savory sandwiches on January 8. One of the dishes is the groundbreaking Impossible Pho Bowl, made using Impossible meatballs, which are completely plant-based, nut-free, and dairy free.

    The company is the first and only restaurant to utilize the plant-based meat alternative in a pho recipe, pushing culinary boundaries to how the ingredient can be used. In addition to Impossible meatballs, The Impossible Pho Bowl contains zucchini noodles, organic mint, micro cilantro, green cabbage, scallions, and garnished with a lime wedge.  Other items on fresh&co’s new winter menu include the Pho-nominal Zoodle Bowl, Pork Bahn Mi, Shanghai Chicken Salad, and Winter Quinoa Salad.

    Due to the success of its recently introduced Impossible Pho Bowl made using Impossible meatballs, fresh&co just added the sandwich to its winter menu. The new Impossible Bahn Mi consists of Impossible meatballs-which are completely plant-based, nut-free, and dairy-free cabbage, carrots, scallions, mint, cilantro, and vegan sweet chili aioli on a rustic ciabatta.
