Fresh&co is giving everyone an opportunity to get back on track and take charge of their health and wellness goals this year. With January 17 the day most people abandon their resolutions, fresh&co’s new “Fresh-Formation” challenge is offering consumers a second chance to revamp their healthy commitments for the year

Aware that it’s often hard to find nutritious and wholesome food options on-the-go, fresh&co launched their “Fresh-Formation” challenge as an opportunity for busy New Yorkers to enjoy a healthy, locally-sourced breakfast, lunch and dinner, three days in a row, courtesy of fresh&co.

By 11:59 PM EST on February 7th, consumers interested in participating must download the fresh&co app and email with their name, email, and Instagram handle to enter.

Fresh&co will announce 10 lucky winners via Instagram on February 10th, and each respective winner will have $150 loaded onto their fresh&co app to use for their three-day Fresh-Formation Challenge. The winners will be encouraged to share their Fresh-Formation journey on their own social channels with stories and feed posts about their meals during the three days. Everyone who applies to participate, but is not selected will receive a $5 dollar credit at fresh&co.

“January 17 is officially ‘Ditch New Year’s Resolution Day,’ and while most people enter the New Year ready to tackle their goals, studies show that many don’t even make it through the first month,” says George Tenedios, CEO and Co-founder of fresh&co. “We all know that keeping resolutions can be hard; it happens to the best of us, but it’s never too late for a fresh start. January? That was a free trial period. The new New Year starts in February, and fresh&co has your back.”

Fresh&co recently launched their 2020 Winter menu which consists of 100 percent vegetarian selections, including the Winter Roots Salad, Italian Impossi-Bowl, and Quinoa Parsnip Salad, as well as the Questlove’s Cheesesteak, a vegetarian sandwich made with plant-based Impossible meat. The brand boasts an innovative menu that is one-of-a-kind, taking special care of their vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and meat-loving guests. All of fresh&co’s food, dressings, soups, and sauces are prepared in-house daily.
