Freshii Adopts Global Mindset with New Menu Items

Freshii, the leading healthy fast-casual concept, recently added new menu items to its roster to bring global flavors to its guests.

Freshii evolves with the definition of healthy. Ten years ago, brown rice, and spinach were popular menu items, and now, superfoods, like quinoa and kale, are household names and bestsellers on Freshii’s menu. Freshii is always working to bring the latest health trends to the masses and recently introduced new international-inspired dishes with flavors of Mexico, Italy, and Asia. New additions to the menu include:

  • Pesto Bowl: rice noodles, spinach, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, Feta cheese, and pesto sauce. Freshii has introduced the Pesto Bowl to take its guests' taste buds on a trip to Italy. The dish pairs perfectly with the newest protein on Freshii’s menu, Pesto Chicken.
  • Oaxaca Bowl: brown rice and kale, avocado, beet slaw, black beans, corn, house-made salsa fresca, crispy wontons, lime wedge, house-made spicy yogurt sauce
  • Khao San Burrito: brown rice, spinach, almonds, edamame, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, house-made spicy peanut, and lemongrass sauces.
  • Superfood Soup: vegetable broth, quinoa, kale, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, celery, and red onions.

In an effort to educate its guests about the powers of superfoods, Freshii has introduced a superfood soup to demystify these beneficial foods. By doing so, Freshii's guests can fuel with a broth transformed into a nutritional powerhouse.
