Friendly’s Ice Cream LLC, the operator of more than 265 Friendly’s restaurants and a manufacturer of ice cream products distributed in more than 8,000 retail outlets nationwide, announced the addition of a 14-ounce, medium-size Fribble ($3.99) to its line-up of iconic ice cream treats.

Popular the 1940s, Friendly’s Fribble, an extra-thick milkshake, is made from hard ice cream hand-crafted at Friendly’s creamery in Wilbraham, Massachusetts, and is available in up to sixteen premium flavors offered at Friendly’s restaurants throughout 14 states. Friendly’s tested the new medium Fribble at 12 locations in the Boston area earlier this year. The top three selling Fribble flavors are, in order, Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry.
