Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Introduces New Loyalty Rewards Program

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop launched an updated loyalty app allowing guests to more easily log and redeem their rewards when they dine at one of the 122 Fuzzy’s locations. When fans download the mobile “Friends with Benefits” app, they can immediately start earning earn points towards free Fuzzy’s food and merchandise.

“Fuzzy’s Taco Shop believes in adapting to the ever-changing digital world to personalize the customer experience while offering benefits to our loyal guests,” says Mel Knight, president of Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. “Our new app is incredibly user-friendly, and we think our guests will agree.”

The brand-new program, generated by Punchh, can be downloaded from the iTunes Store or Android Google Play store; just search for “Fuzzy’s” to locate it. The concept is simple. Customers earn one point for every dollar spent. When they reach 100 points, they are rewarded with $10 off their food and beverage or merchandise order. To collect points guests must scan the barcode on their receipt using the app or present the cashier with their phone number upon ordering.

The redesigned app will launch mid-July and all points earned by existing loyalty app users will roll over to the new model. Fuzzy’s fans will be able to manage their rewards instantly using the app, which means a perpetual reminder of the money you can save on Jalapeño-Cilantro Queso and Baja Tacos are only a few points away.

“Friends with Benefits” aims to help Fuzzy’s Taco Shop stay on top of the constant shifting of the dining landscape while developing a deeper engagement with their guests. The app will allow Fuzzy’s to continue to deliver high-quality food paired with a positive dining experience to all customers.
