Fuzzy’s Taco Shop announced the addition of the Spicy Chimi Taco to its menu, available for a limited time. The new taco features the vibrant, flavorful characteristics of the popular Argentinian sauce, made with a Fuzzy’s twist. 

The Spicy Chimi Fajita Taco features a lightly fried flour tortilla with Fuzzy’s signature garlic sauce, shredded cheese, grilled fajita beef, and pico de gallo, topped with a house-made spicy chimichurri sauce. Fuzzy’s Spicy Chimichurri is made with fresh parsley, cilantro, and jalapenos, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt.

Guests will be able to enjoy the new taco at all participating Fuzzy’s Taco Shop locations* from Wednesday, May 19 through Sunday, June 27.

“We’ve been making our Spicy Chimichurri in-house daily for years, and while many guests have never tasted it, it’s become an underground favorite for those who have. With chimichurri gaining popularity on menus over the last few years we wanted to bring attention to ours with this new taco, and hopefully introduce more fans to it,” says Laura Purser, Vice President of Marketing. “As we get into the warmer part of the year, the spicy kick from the chimichurri will perfectly complement an ice-cold margarita or beer on one of our patios.”
