Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill, a Denver-based fast casual restaurant concept offering fresh, healthy, and authentic Mediterranean cuisine, announced the grand opening of its first Fort Collins, Colorado, location. Opening September 1 at 100 W. Troutman Pkwy., the new restaurant is the 13thColorado-based location for the concept and puts Garbanzo in four markets throughout the state.
The Fort Collins Garbanzo joins nine Denver-metro locations in Highlands, Greenwood Village, Aurora, Littleton, Park Meadows, Highlands Ranch, University Hills, Lone Tree, and Glendale; two Colorado Springs locations in Broadmoor Towne Center and First and Main Town Center; and one in Boulder on Twenty Ninth Street mall.
“The Fort Collins community has been extremely welcoming and equally as excited for us to open our new location near the corner of S. College Avenue and E. Troutman Parkway,” says Alon Mor, Garbanzo’s founder and CEO. “Our Fort Collins fans have been asking for a location in their city for years, and we are so glad to make their request a reality and bring them the healthy, freshly made menu items they have enjoyed and loved at our other locations. On grand opening day on September 1, guests will have the opportunity to spin a prize wheel for the chance to win a free entrée, Garbanzo gift card, reusable Garbanzo tote bag, and other prizes. The new Fort Collins location will partner with and help raise funds for Team Fort Collins, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing the abuse and illegal use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs, particularly among youth and families, by promoting healthy lifestyles.
Following the grand opening, Garbanzo will hold several giveaways throughout September and into October to further the new store excitement.
