Opening September 1 at 100 W. Troutman Pkwy., the new restaurant is the 13thColorado-based location for the concept and puts Garbanzo in four markets throughout the state.

“The Fort Collins community has been extremely welcoming and equally as excited for us to open our new location near the corner of S. College Avenue and E. Troutman Parkway,” says Alon Mor, Garbanzo’s founder and CEO. “Our Fort Collins fans have been asking for a location in their city for years, and we are so glad to make their request a reality and bring them the healthy, freshly made menu items they have enjoyed and loved at our other locations. As we continue our restaurant growth, we look forward to growing along with the Fort Collins community and becoming an area mainstay.”
