The Garlic Democracy Corporation announced the grand opening of the first two Garlic Democracy Italian Eatery locations. The first two locations will both open on March 1 in Stoney Creek and Orillia, Ontario.

Garlic Democracy is a fast casual Italian restaurant that offers made-to-order meals in minutes. The entire Garlic Democracy concept is based on empowering the consumer to have the ability to customize their order from start to finish.

“The menu at Garlic Democracy enables customers to have the ability to add an array of toppings to their pizza, pasta, or salad entree for one set price,” says CEO and founder J. Floyd Harris. With 12 years of retail experience and a passion for food, Harris is positioning Garlic Democracy to help usher in Canada’s migration into fast casual dining.

Garlic Democracy also touts a customer loyalty program that omits the usage of a physical customer loyalty card.  All customer data is held in the Garlic Democracy customer loyalty database. Customers retain loyalty points and receive a free entrée after ten entrée purchases.
