Schréder Lighting USA introduced energy efficient luminaires using the Philips CosmoPolis HID system, with the launch of the SCALA series of Architectural and Roadway luminaires. These innovations reflect Schréder’s approach to deliver “The Right Light” by offering high-performance, technological solutions that make sense.

The SCALA is an innovative design featuring visual lightness and compactness for a broad array of street, pathway, and other architectural lighting applications.

Available in three sizes (Mini, Midi, and Maxi) that use lamps ranging from 39 to 400 watts, the fixtures are perfectly scaled to each other for visual continuity throughout a project site. SCALA uses the Philips CosmoPolis system and features: state of the art photometric performance; micro reflector system for high efficiency, energy savings, and precision beam control to reduce glare (Mini version); efficient roadway optics; tool-free quick and easy access to optical unit and ballast module; IP66 Sealsafe optical module ensures the highest possible energy efficiency for years to come; separate IP66 chamber thermally optimized for electronic ballast; flat lens; and sleek aesthetics, available with a large choice of pole and bracket combinations.

SCALA is designed with properly scaled arms for post or wall mounting, adding to the wide range of possible applications.
