Both drinks in the series feature rich and creamy almond jelly, layered with strawberry jam and Gong cha’s signature milk foam. Now through February 29, guests can enjoy the flavor two ways:
- Strawberry Almond Jelly Milk Tea featuring iced strawberry milk tea poured over creamy almond jelly and strawberry jam, and topped with milk foam.
- Strawberry Almond Jelly Smoothie with layers of almond jelly, strawberry jam and milk foam topped with a strawberry green tea smoothie blend.
Almond jelly, also known as almond tofu, is a traditional Chinese dessert or snack. The creamy texture and mild taste pair perfectly with the burst of strawberry flavor, and the use of the ingredient is a nod to the brand’s Asian roots. The almond jelly is made fresh in each Gong cha store.
