Grabbagreen Expands into Southern California

Grabbagreen announced its entry into Southern California. The Arizona-based food and juice concept has joined forces with Conehead Investments Inc., and has signed a 95 multiunit franchise and development agreement that will bring 80 Grabbagreen stores to Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties over the next several years.  An additional 15 stores will be developed in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Conehead Investments is actively looking for sites and is targeting it's first California location for a late 2015 or early 2016 opening.

Grabbagreen, founded in 2013, opened their first location in Scottsdale, Arizona, which is also the home to Grabbagreen's corporate headquarters. It wasn’t long after the first store opened before it had become a local sensation. Within two years, two additional company-owned stores opened in Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. The growing company announced the Grabbagreen franchise opportunity in April of 2015 and has since signed multiple multiunit deals including three Dallas locations, three additional Phoenix locations, 34 North and South Carolina locations, and the newly announced California restaurant agreement for 95 locations.

The Grabbagreen concept is right in tune with the growing demand for healthy, fresh-made foods. Grabbagreen's whole food menu is preservative free, naturally gluten free, GMO free, and semi-organic. Grabbagreen offers a full selection of grain and green-based bowls with fresh hormone-free and antibiotic-free proteins provided by local farms, fresh-pressed juice, handcrafted smoothies and acai bowls, breakfast, and healthy kid-friendly items. All signature menu items are prepared fresh, made-to-order and provide a delicious experience for customers and a variety of flavors to meet dietary needs.
