Grabbagreen will be opening their first Texas store in just a few weeks under franchisee, Lisa Kelly and Team Kelly LLC. The store will be one of the first Grabbagreen franchise locations to open across the country and is located in the popular center at 2802 W Stan Schlueter Loop, Killeen, Texas, next to Dollar Tree.
Kelly and her husband Curtis were awarded their Killeen franchise in January of 2016 and were awarded their second franchise in Round Rock in July. Kelly is a Veteran and Army wife as her husband is stationed at Fort Hood. She is also the epitome of health conscious as the owner of Live and Let Liv Yoga, a registered nurse and a mom.
"I have followed the growth of Grabbagreen for a few years, and we're so ecstatic to be such a big part of the mission to lead the charge in making fast food, healthy," Kelly says. "When I learned that Grabbagreen franchising was available, I just knew Killeen would be a perfect market. Not only is Grabbagreen focused on health, but it also incorporates other aspects like supporting our community and events."
Grabbagreen promotes an Eat Clean, Grabbagreen philosophy. The whole-food menu is preservative-free, naturally gluten-free, GMO free, and semi-organic. Grabbagreen offers a full selection of pre-designed grain and green-based bowls with fresh hormone-free and antibiotic-free proteins provided by local farms, fresh-pressed juice, handcrafted smoothies and acai bowls, breakfast, and healthy kid-friendly items. All signature menu items are prepared fresh, made-to-order and provide a delicious experience for customers and a variety of flavors to meet dietary needs.
"Next month we will open up the doors for the Killeen community, giving them a new dining establishment and a very healthy choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner," Kelly says. "We are aiming at enhancing the health of our troops, civilians, and family members by bringing several new healthy options to the table here in Killeen and Fort Hood."
