After opening Charlotte’s first Grabbagreen in the EpiCentre earlier this year, the healthy fast food restaurant known for its clean eats will open a second Charlotte location on March 22 under Jeff and Nancy Adams of JNZR Investments, LLC. Grabbagreen is located in the upscale neighborhood of Ballantyne at 2439 Toringdon Way. JNZR is set to open three additional locations in Charlotte.

“Charlotte is an excellent community for the Grabbagreen brand and has welcomed us with big arms,” says Adams. “We love the vibe and energy at our EpiCentre location and know our customers (and soon-to-be) customers can’t wait for the Ballantyne location to open this week.”

Grabbagreen’s fresh whole foods menu is naturally gluten-free, preservative-free, GMO free, semi-organic, and uses only hormone-free and antibiotic-free proteins. The menu offers a full selection of grain and green-based bowls, fresh-pressed juice, handcrafted smoothies, acai bowls, kid-friendly items, and a healthy breakfast menu that is available all day long.

In addition to the healthy menu, all signature menu items at Grabbagreen are prepared fresh and made-to-order. They also offer a variety of options for their guests to customize their meal with the popular ‘Grab Your Own’ option, allowing guests to create a bowl by choosing one base, one protein, five nutrients, one herb, one daily and one sauce.

“Grabbagreen fits the fast paced lifestyle here in Charlotte and provides healthy food fast,” says Adams. “You can’t make an unhealthy choice and we are proud to be leading the charge in making fast food, healthy.”

The Charlotte Ballantyne location will be open Monday-Friday from 7am-9pm; Saturday from 8 to 9 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Grabbagreen now has 18 restaurants operating in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, New Jersey, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. The franchise has executed 81 franchise agreements and 174 development agreements since April 2015. Grabbagreen expects to open around 20 stores in 2017.
