Green Burrito at Carl’s Jr. turns up the heat in time for Cinco de Mayo with the arrival of two new Mexican food favorites, the Barbacoa Burrito and Barbacoa Taco, featuring spicy barbacoa-style shredded beef.
The Barbacoa Burrito features a helping of spicy shredded beef, along with refried beans, freshly prepared salsa, hot sauce, and creamy guacamole, all wrapped up in a 10-inch flour tortilla. The taco also includes the barbacoa-style beef topped with shredded cheese, lettuce, and hot sauce, served inside a 6-inch flour tortilla.
The Barbacoa Burrito and Taco are available for $3.99 and $2.39, respectively, and may also be ordered in a combo meal with tortilla chips or fries and a drink for $5.99 and $4.39. Prices may vary by location. The new items will be offered at all participating dual-branded Carl’s Jr./Green Burrito restaurantsbeginning Wednesday, April 22, 2015.
