Tampa-based Green Market Cafe, a fast-casual restaurant group, is scheduled to open a new location in Trinity, Florida, in October, according to Green Market Cafe owner, Andrew Koumi.

Green Market Cafe currently has four company locations, all in Tampa Bay. The first location opened in Oldsmar in 2010, specializing in fresh and flavorful menu items, such as salads, bowls, wraps and sandwiches.

“Once we open the Trinity location in October, we plan to put it on the market as a franchise,” Koumi says. “We consider it a highly viable opportunity.”

The franchise initiative is a part of Green Market Cafe Franchise Development Group, comprised of Nick Vojnovic, President and majority partner of Little Greek Franchise Development, LLC, and Andrew Koumi,  Owner of Green Market Cafe.

“We are currently starting our expansion, including a future location in Seminole,” Koumi says. “We also have our eyes set on opening four additional locations in the Tampa Bay area during 2021 – this would double our presence in this region.”
