    The Habit has grown to over 250 restaurants in 12 states throughout California, Arizona, Utah, New Jersey, Florida, Idaho, Virginia, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Washington, Maryland, and North Carolina as well as five international locations.

    Since 1969, The Habit Burger Grill has been winning the hearts and stomachs of burger lovers time and time again. Now as the company celebrates its 50th anniversary, The Habit Burger Grill is once again recognized for its flavorful chargrilled burgers, handcrafted sandwiches and fresh salads as the 2019 USA Today 10Best “Regional Fast Food” award winner.

    The Habit has also received honors as the “Best Tasting Burger in America” from a leading consumer magazine. Earlier this year, Thrillist called out The Habit as the top underrated burger chain that should be in every state, proving that although the brand has yet to touch ground in every state, its loyal fan-base extends beyond the communities where its 250 restaurants operate.

    At the core of The Habit’s menu is the fan-favorite Charburger, featuring 100 percent fresh, never frozen ground beef chargrilled over an open flame and topped with melted cheese, caramelized onions, pickles, fresh tomato, crisp lettuce, and mayo served on a toasted bun.  The Habit has been serving the award-winning Charburger exactly this way since the first restaurant opened in 1969.

    Better burgers are just the beginning at The Habit where the menu also includes fresh salads, handcrafted sandwiches that include chargrilled line-caught, sushi grade ahi tuna, fresh chicken, and hand-filleted marinated tri-tip, and sides including onion rings, sweet potato and French fries, and tempura green beans. Guests can choose from a variety of peppers, lemons, limes, and sauces at a complimentary condiment bar to customize the flavor of their meal.
