Hamra Purchases 7 Noodles & Co. Locations

Hamra Enterprises, a franchisee of Noodles & Company, announced it has completed the purchase of seven franchised Noodles & Company restaurants from North American Dining, LLC.

North American Dining, LLC, a Noodles & Company franchisee, was formed in 2006 to develop Noodles & Company restaurants in Missouri. Since 2006, North American Dining has developed and operated six Noodles & Company restaurants in the St. Louis metro area and one in Columbia.

The seven locations included: 1784 Clarkson Road, Chesterfield, Missouri; 406 South Ninth Street,  Columbia, Missouri; 10925 Olive Blvd. , Creve Coeur, Missouri; 13307 Manchester Road, Des Peres, Missouri; 18 S. County Center Way, St. Louis, Missouri; 64 Hampton Village Plaza, St. Louis, Missouri, and 6310 Delmar Blvd, University City, Missouri.

In addition to the acquisition, Hamra Enterprises also announced adding markets to develop Noodles & Company restaurants that extend between St. Louis and Springfield, Missouri, along the I-44 corridor.

“This is an exciting opportunity to continue to develop the Noodles & Company brand in the St. Louis market as well as Southwest Missouri where we’ve been operating successful restaurants since 1975,” says Mike Hamra, President & CEO of Hamra Enterprises.

Hamra Enterprises is an existing Noodles and Company franchisee in the Greater Boston area and recently openedits first location in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. The Shrewsbury restaurant, located in the White City Shopping Center, is the first of three restaurants planned by Hamra Enterprises this year.
